During lockdown, you may have perhaps discovered or rediscovered running, and it’s an activity that recovering alcoholics Dean Smith and Jamie Heselden from Leeds are aiming to encourage. They’ve set up the ‘Recovery Runners’ Running Club, virtually for just now, in a bid to transform lives, just as they have transformed theirs.
