KARANKA CONUNDRUM: Should Blues sack the manager?
Aitor Karanka's Birmingham City are in relegation trouble ahead of their clash with Millwall.
The Blues are second-bottom having won just one of their last 13 games.
A 1-0 win at Middlesbrough was the last victory Karanka's side picked up, with draws against Coventry City and Wycombe Wanderers the only other points accumulated.
Most recently, Blues lost 1-0 at home to Luton Town which had many supporters beginning to question Karanka's future.
Their next opponents are unbeaten in their last six matches despite being knocked out of the FA Cup by Bristol City.
Birmingham have only won one of their last eight meetings with Millwall and all of the last three meetings have ended in a draw.
A point won't be enough for Blues this time as they need to pick up wins to move clear of the drop zone.
Luton performance awful
Birmingham City fan Kieron Tully said he thinks it's time for Karanka to go.
"Personally, I think he should be sacked now," Kieron said.
"I thought I'd give him a chance after the Bournemouth game because there was some signs of promise there, but that performance against Luton was awful."
Despite him feeling as though the manager should lose his job, he doesn't see it happening.
That's down to the backing some previous managers have received despite going through tough times.
"You look at the previous managers before - [Gianfranco] Zola and [Steve] Cotterill - he's [the owner] backed them until the end... until they eventually resigned.
"He's never really done that sort of thing (sack managers) so I don't think he'll sack him to be honest."
Millwall host Birmingham at 7pm on Wednesday night.
