Stay tuned for a sneak peek at a release hitting the pictures this week - who's donning the ghost face mask this time around in the twenty twenty two edition of cult classic horror Scream? But first, some movie news...

NEWS: We're heading to Disney for this first one. The soundtrack to new movie Encanto has become the first movie soundtrack to reach number one in two years - with star track Bruno reaching number five. Once you've heard it, whether that's from actually watching the film, or just scrolling on TikTok, you'll understand why. With songs penned by legendary songwriter Lin Manuel Miranda of Moana and Hamilton fame, Encanto is in cinemas and on Disney plus right now.

REVIEW: Next - haven't got chance to see the new Spider-Man yet? Allow us to try and convince you. With Spider-Man's identity now revealed, our friendly neighborhood web-slinger is unmasked and no longer able to separate his normal life as Peter Parker from the high stakes of being a superhero. When Peter asks for help from Doctor Strange, the stakes become even more dangerous, forcing him to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man. It's certified fresh on rating site rotten tomatoes - scoring a whopping ninety three percent with critics, and even higher with audiences. Here's the trailer.

PREVIEW: And finally - heading to the cinema this week? Don't miss this new release. Scream - the twenty twenty two version takes place twenty-five years after a streak of brutal murders shocked the quiet town of Woodsboro. Now a new killer begins targeting a group of teenagers to resurrect secrets from the town's deadly past.
