ENTERTAINMENT UPDATE: Danny is King of Gwrych Castle & Spider-man is almost here!

It's time now for your entertainment and showbiz update - I’m a Celeb winner, Tom Holland & Zendaya have been chatting all things Spider-Man No Way Home and a new series of The Weakest Link starts this week!

Our leading story of course that Emmerdale's Danny Miller was crowned King of the jungle as the latest series of I'm a Celebrity Get Me Outta Here came to a close at Gwrych castle. Corrie's Simon Gregson and singer Frankie Bridge were the runners up.

Danny, who plays Aaron Dingle in ITV soap Emmerdale came out on top after a turbulent time was had by all in the castle, which saw the televised episodes postponed a couple times due to extreme weather.

Miller entered the castle just three weeks after the birth of his first child, a son called Albert, and told Ant and Dec he had gone on the show to secure his child’s future financially.

A huge congratulations to Danny there.
And in other news, Zendaya has been hard at work making sure that Tom Holland is a spoiler free zone ahead of the release of Spider-Man:  No Way Home.
And it sounds like the pair had an absolute ball during filming and are almost as excited as we are about the film's release. During an interview, Holland said “I have a side to Peter Parker that I got to show, which I can’t talk about, but it was so fun doing it”.
And Romesh Ranganathan is sounding very excited about hosting the new series of The Weakest Link. The fast-paced general knowledge quiz, will involve various celebrities teaming up to answer as many questions as possible, banking money as they go.
And as fans of the show will remember, at the end of each round, they have to each vote to decide who is the weakest link. Ranganathan said he felt giddy the first time he was at the podium on set, with the tense atmosphere, and getting to say “Let’s play The Weakest Link”.
